Our Responsibilities

1. We will pickup your PC at your home or business.
2. We will evaluate the needed repair(s), parts and software needed to bring the PC back to it's "As Close To Original State" as possible.
3. We will call and consult with you before any repairs are performed.
4. We will repair and/or restore the PC -  Virus and Malware free.
5. Return the PC back to your home or business.

What We Need

1. Provide CDs and DVDs of the programs installed on your machine. (If Possible)
2. A copy of your data. (If Possible)
3. Payment upon delivery $99.00 plus materials if needed -  We accept Cash, Business Checks and  Major Credit Cards.

What is not covered in the $99 price

1. Replacement or New Parts
2. Reinstalling programs you do not have the disks and key codes for.
3. Downloaded programs or games.
4. Game data.
5. Any data not stored on an external device that is virus free.
6. Lost program passwords.
7. Joining the machine back to a network, either wired or wireless.
8. Extensive data recovery and locked hard drives are not covered!
